Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

We deliver across India within 5–7 working days. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may attract a small service fee.

4. Packaging

Each product is carefully wrapped using eco-friendly materials to ensure safe and sustainable delivery.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.

6. Delays or Damage

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  connect@fancrafticindia.com . We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
