Refund & Return Policy

At Fancraftic India Pvt. Ltd., every product is sourced meticulously and  made with care by skilled artisans. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear and tear due to mishandling are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
